One-on-One Consultation
We will meet with you to personalize your nutrition to your performance goals. Over three sessions, you will be provided a full nutrition assessment, personalized dietary recommendations, and assistance in setting nutrition goals to maximize your potential. Session 1: Goal setting and Dietary Intake; Session 2: Complete dietary assessment and diet plan; Session 3: Follow-up, goal attainment and next steps.
Nutrition for Teams
We are available to provided nutrition education to your team. You and your teammates can learn and focus on nutrition goals together. During this session, you and your team will learn basic nutrition concept, sport-specific nutrition recommendations and how to adhere to these recommendations within your food environment.
Diana Cuy Castellanos PhD, RD, LD
Diana has over 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian. She holds a PhD in Nutrition and Food Systems and was a professor of nutrition for over 15 years. During this time, she taught sport nutrition courses, engaged in performance nutrition research and led a sports nutrition club. She is passionate about the role nutrition plays in performance and helping youth and adults reach their goals by optimizing their nutrition intake.
Colby Teeman PhD, RD, LD
Colby graduated with his degree in Exercise Science in 2013 and has a PhD in nutrition science and dietetics. For over a decade Colby has been involved in ongoing research in the fields of exercise and nutrition. He is an Assistant Professor of Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Dayton. Colby is passionate about using an evidence-based approach to nutrition and using his past experience to work with individuals to meet their personal health and performance goals.
